Rather than generalise for the whole island, the Cyprus Authorities prefer to send you in the direction of the regional municipality that you are marrying in for details about marriage requirements.

Click on the above link to go to the Union of Cyprus Municipality's home page and then go to 'Members' area to get a list of the different Municipalities. The website does have an English version!
